POSITION SUMMARY
The Employee Experience Coordinator supports a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace where employees feel valued and connected. Acting as a cultural ambassador, this role delivers events, recognition programs, communications, wellness initiatives, and engagement activities that bring Crystal Mountain’s mission and values to life. Working closely with the HR team and department leaders, the coordinator ensures employee experience programs are well-planned, effectively executed, and impactful.
