We are currently seeking a Bilingual Sales Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual who can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and who enjoys building strong customer relationships while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with professionalism and cultural awareness

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals in both English and Spanish

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective customers

  • Track client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
