Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to support our event and marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and managing event logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team focused on live brand experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events
Set up and dismantle event displays and promotional materials
Engage with event attendees to deliver key brand messages
Track event inventory, supplies, and promotional materials
Provide on-site support to ensure seamless event operations
Work closely with the promotions and events team to meet campaign goals
Deliver clear reports on event performance and consumer engagement
Maintain a high level of professionalism when representing client brands
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in event assistance, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings
Physical ability to lift event materials and stand for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Excellent attention to detail and time management
