Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Houston. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by supporting the project team, managing schedules, and coordinating deliverables across departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, solutions-focused, and capable of maintaining strong internal communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and track project timelines, resources, deliverables, and budgets.
Serve as the point of contact between internal departments and stakeholders.
Prepare status reports, meeting summaries, and project documentation.
Identify and escalate issues or risks affecting project timelines.
Assist with quality control and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize project meetings and ensure all parties are informed of updates.
Maintain documentation and filing systems for all project activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of project coordination or administrative experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
