Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of corporate and client-facing events. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery, from logistics and vendor management to on-site coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute a variety of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure all event details are handled
Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and task lists
Supervise on-site event operations, staff, and setup
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues in real-time
Handle post-event reporting, feedback collection, and analysis
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and branding guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in event coordination or related roles
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
