Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals passionate about leadership, business development, and operational strategy. You will receive hands-on training in team management, business operations, and client engagement, with the goal of transitioning into a leadership role within the company.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program focused on leadership, operations, and client success
Support day-to-day business activities including team coordination, project execution, and client interactions
Shadow senior team members to learn management practices and performance strategies
Contribute to the planning and implementation of new initiatives
Analyze performance metrics and assist in developing process improvements
Take part in team meetings and leadership workshops
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate others
Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
No prior leadership experience required – training provided
