Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end program strategy to identify, recruit, and retain high-potential startups.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to drive participation.
- Design onboarding, incentive structures, and credit allocations to encourage multi-API adoption.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and developer relations to provide technical support and guidance.
- Plan and run targeted events, workshops, and partner activations to connect with startup communities.
- Monitor startup usage and engagement; disburse incentives in tranches based on milestones and performance.
- Gather actionable insights on new API applications and market needs to inform product strategy.
- Identify startups for potential strategic investment opportunities in partnership with venture organizations.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant coursework or training in business, technology, or program management preferred
