About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, supporting strategic initiatives, and contributing to the long-term success of the company.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Assist in the development and execution of business growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Track and report on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
