WFM Configuration Specialist

Alo is a lifestyle and apparel company centered on mindful movement and its impact on everyday life. We are seeking a detail-oriented Global WFM Configuration Specialist to configure, test, and maintain Legion-based labor models, scheduling rules, and compliance templates to ensure efficient labor management across our retail stores worldwide. The ideal candidate will have hands-on WFM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with operations and store teams.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience configuring Legion or comparable WFM platforms
  • Proven ability to build and maintain labor models and scheduling rules
  • Experience with WFM testing and deployment processes
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills
  • Working knowledge of labor compliance and scheduling best practices across geographies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience providing Tier 2/3 support and managing service tickets

Responsibilities

  • Configure, test, deploy, and maintain scheduling rules, labor standards, work roles, and meal/break compliance in the WFM system (Legion).
  • Execute system configuration changes in response to operational needs, policy updates, and system upgrades.
  • Act as Tier 2/3 support for WFM-related issues, manage service tickets, and coordinate resolutions across teams and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Store Training/Experience to align system configuration with in-store execution.
  • Analyze forecast and scheduling data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improved labor efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of WFM configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and legal compliance.
  • Support additional Retail Operations initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
