What You’ll Do

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by delivering actionable insights through reporting, dashboarding, and performance metric monitoring. This role collaborates closely with GTM leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility to work in a way that brings out your best.

This role will be responsible for

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track revenue performance, sales trends, and operational metrics.

  • Dashboarding: Design and manage interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.

  • Performance Metric Monitoring: Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Support GTM Leadership: Partner with GTM leadership to deliver tailored data reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize revenue operations processes through data analysis and automation.

  • Provide training and support to GTM teams on interpreting reports and leveraging dashboards effectively.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or data analytics, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance metric analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $89,100 - $110,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
