Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and support the admissions team including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage day-to-day admissions operations to ensure phone lines and intake processes deliver a concierge-level client experience.
- Oversee caseload distribution and motivate staff to meet daily, weekly, and monthly admissions goals.
- Monitor and analyze admissions metrics, pacing and pipeline data; report trends and risks to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Admissions Manager, clinical, legal, and leadership stakeholders to resolve complex or high-acuity cases.
- Audit documentation and call quality; lead audit readiness and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist clients and families with understanding financial responsibilities and applicable benefits.
- Drive staffing strategy and long-range coverage planning based on volume trends and operational needs.
- Represent admissions in census, pipeline, and strategic meetings to align with broader operational priorities.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Ongoing professional development in healthcare operations, management, or behavioral health preferred
