Skills
- Proficiency with Excel for analysis and modeling

Responsibilities
- Identify operational challenges, lead root-cause analysis, and develop effective solutions
- Define, standardize, and improve logistics KPIs and customer-facing metrics
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale business models and improve routing paradigms
- Monitor and communicate trends to logistics, supply chain, and finance stakeholders
- Plan and implement logistics and supply chain optimization and continuous improvement projects
- Support development of logistics and supply chain tools with application software teams
- Manage projects to tight timelines while communicating and influencing stakeholders
- Create and maintain regular reports and KPI dashboards for logistics and network providers
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or physics
