Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive understanding of market access requirements and timelines for each assigned country/region
- Prepare, submit, and manage licensing and authorization applications and coordinate internal inputs and reviews
- Drive schedule and critical-path activities for initial market access and rapid operational growth
- Represent Starlink to national administrations, regulators, legislatures, and regional organizations
- Advocate and negotiate to shape regulatory frameworks and policies aligned with business objectives
- Educate and support internal stakeholders on market access requirements, timelines, and activation steps
- Manage multiple concurrent country/region projects and escalate issues to achieve timely approvals
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree in law, public policy, engineering, or related field preferred
