Playbook and strategy: Build out our post-sales playbook, including onboarding, enablement, success drivers, renewals, and more.
CS content: Develop and maintain customer enablement resources like decks, docs, and training materials.
Performance tracking: Monitor and report on customer satisfaction, retention, and renewals, and adjust our data-driven strategies based on customer reaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, engineers, and sales to develop and refine customer-facing strategies and messaging based on product development and customer feedback.
Market research: Deeply understand the customer and research the market to stay up-to-date.
Data management: Own the company CRM, updating and logging customer interactions, and configuring our current setup to match the needs of the company and our customers.
