You'll have the opportunity to handle escalated or complex customer calls. Whether it's getting customers answers quickly, inquiring about products in detail, or solving their problems with a smile, you'll make the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one. During a typical day, you
  • Be the face and smile of operations
  • You will respond to incoming customer communications
  • You will conduct research and provide answers to customers to resolve their issues. What you bring to the position
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply, and explain knowledge of your product or service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
