About the role: 

As Global HR Program Manager, you'll lead a number of initiatives across HR, including compensation, performance, development. You'll work on exciting projects to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful impact.


Your mission @ Aircall:
  • Lead strategic Global HR programs: Including the design, implementation, communication, and compliance, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness. Including, but not limited to onboarding, performance management, development.
  • US-specific HR programs: Lead and manage the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to HR audits, regulatory compliance, and local policy adaptation.
  • HR technology solutions: Spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance management systems, compensation tools) to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Vendor Management: Lead the end-to-end management of key HR vendor relationships, including PEOs, benefits administrators (e.g., 401k/pension providers), and HR technology partners, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance.


Experience
  • Experience in Global HR Programs.
  • Experience with HR and AI tools.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to communicate across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.


Qualifications and Skills:
  • 7+ years of HR experience, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in excel and HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR or similar).
  • Preferred: Experience in a tech and a multinational environment.


$130,000 - $150,000 a year
This is not including bonus, equity and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
