Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate leadership events and workshops tailored to the Technology organization’s unique needs.
- Project manage follow-up activities post-events to ensure leadership actions are implemented.
- Partner with technical leaders to identify organizational gaps and design solutions.
- Organize senior leader forums and offsite events for collaboration and business challenge resolution.
- Build a collaborative community among senior individual contributors within technical teams.
- Collaborate with talent partners to design trust-building interventions supporting leadership performance.
- Analyze ways of working and propose actions to improve cross-team efficiency.
- Engage with stakeholders, subject matter experts, senior leaders, and external consultants.
Education
- Demonstrated application of academic knowledge to real-world challenges is preferred (not explicitly required).
