Responsibilities
- Design and evolve technical systems aligned with product goals leveraging existing architectures and new innovations
- Lead engineering teams internally and externally to deliver scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to define product and UX requirements
- Promote a culture of technical excellence through design reviews, code reviews, and production monitoring
- Mentor engineers to enhance their technical and collaboration skills
- Identify technical and product challenges and propose effective solutions
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams across hosting, guest, mobile, and data engineering
Education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
