Senior Software Engineer - AI
Skills
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (R, Java, Scala)
- Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with ML Ops tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC)
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of data engineering tools (Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow)
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
- Experience with cloud platforms and their ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Version control (Git) and CI/CD pipeline experience
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI tooling and infrastructure supporting company-wide AI adoption
- Develop custom machine learning models tailored to business use cases
- Establish AI/ML best practices, standards, and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and requirements
- Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of AI platforms and technologies
- Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing programs
- Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field
