Responsibilities
- Design and develop frontend components of Airbnb’s Community Platform with an end-to-end ownership mindset.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to shape requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead technical architecture planning, balancing short-term business needs with long-term system quality.
- Mentor and guide engineers across teams to foster a culture of strong technical excellence.
- Drive efficient prototyping, technical tradeoff decisions, and effective communication across stakeholders.
- Contribute to both frontend and backend development aspects where required to ensure integrated system success.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
