Skills
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and evaluation methodologies.
- Proficient programming skills in Python and at least one other language (Java, Go, or Scala).
- Strong software design, testing, and code quality experience.
- AI/ML system design with scalable and extensible AI system development background.
- Familiarity with ML infrastructure operations including deployment, serving, monitoring, and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable engineering evaluation frameworks and systems for Generative AI products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-platform engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams.
- Design, productionize, and optimize end-to-end data systems improving AI evaluation automation.
- Lead all software development phases including architecture design, implementation, and testing.
- Work with Core Modeling engineers to develop LLM-as-a-judge models addressing metric challenges.
- Foster a culture of engineering excellence through mentorship and operational reliability.
Education
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
