Acquisition.com is on a mission to make real world business education available to everyone.
At Acquisition.com, we don’t just hire for open roles—we hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character, we want to know you.
At Acquisition.com, we believe talent is the ultimate multiplier—and every hire we make should elevate the bar for performance, culture, and impact. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in bringing that standard to life.
This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their recruiting career by growing into a strategic talent acquisition partner. This isn’t a support role—you’ll be a true partner to the business, helping shape a talent-first, culture-driven team at scale. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional individuals who raise the bar at every level.
You’ll operate with a white-glove approach to candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and sets us apart. From full-cycle recruiting to advising on hiring strategy, improving processes, and strengthening tools, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact—while building the skills to grow with us.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, growth-oriented, and detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being highly organized, and is excited to contribute to a high-performing TA function. If you’re looking for a role that offers visibility, development, and a path to greater ownership—this one’s for you.
