Talent Acquisition Partner

Acquisition.com is on a mission to make real world business education available to everyone.

At Acquisition.com, we don’t just hire for open roles—we hire for impact. If you’re exceptional at what you do and align with our core values: competitive greatness, sincere candor, and unimpeachable character, we want to know you.

Role:

At Acquisition.com, we believe talent is the ultimate multiplier—and every hire we make should elevate the bar for performance, culture, and impact. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in bringing that standard to life.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their recruiting career by growing into a strategic talent acquisition partner. This isn’t a support role—you’ll be a true partner to the business, helping shape a talent-first, culture-driven team at scale. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to identify, attract, and hire exceptional individuals who raise the bar at every level.

You’ll operate with a white-glove approach to candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and sets us apart. From full-cycle recruiting to advising on hiring strategy, improving processes, and strengthening tools, you’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact—while building the skills to grow with us.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, growth-oriented, and detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being highly organized, and is excited to contribute to a high-performing TA function. If you’re looking for a role that offers visibility, development, and a path to greater ownership—this one’s for you.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting Execution & Coordination

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments, from intake to offer

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, ideal candidate profiles, and effective sourcing/interview strategies

  • Publish and manage job postings across internal and external platforms

  • Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and networks

  • Conduct initial screens and guide candidates through each stage of the process

  • Coordinate interview panels, gather feedback, and ensure timely, high-quality communication

  • Deliver a white-glove candidate experience that reflects our culture and values

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring teams, providing timely updates, candidate insights, and recommendations

  • Ensure alignment across interviewers on role expectations and evaluation criteria

  • Help hiring managers make timely, data-informed, and values-aligned hiring decisions

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the process

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and job data in our ATS, Ashby

  • Share weekly recruiting reports and pipeline metrics with the TA Manager and executive leadership

  • Lead post-hire debriefs to capture feedback and inform future searches

  • Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience

  • Contribute to documentation and playbooks that support scalable, high-bar hiring practices

Results:

  • Timely, high-quality hires: Each stage of the hiring cycle is executed with urgency and precision, balancing speed with quality. Time-to-fill targets are met or improved based on evolving benchmarks

  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction: Hiring managers and candidates consistently report a white-glove experience and partnership that builds trust and efficiency

  • Robust pipelines: Priority roles have a steady inflow of qualified, values-aligned candidates through proactive sourcing and thoughtful outreach

  • Data accuracy & visibility: Recruiting activity is consistently documented in the ATS, enabling clean reporting, trend analysis, and decision-making

  • Demonstrated growth: Shows increasing ownership, strategic influence, and performance, signaling readiness for promotion into a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of business and technical roles, including functions such as operations, marketing, finance, engineering, or IT

  • Experience as an in-house recruiter supporting cross-functional business teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously

  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring teams alike

  • Familiarity with modern sourcing methods, tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset—especially when navigating ambiguity or evolving needs

  • Desire to grow into a more strategic, high-impact talent acquisition partner over time
