There is a huge push on Diversity & Inclusion. Everyone works as a team and encourages growth in your role. Depending on the market/office, the office can have a boutique/family business feel to it.

Cons

There's a bit of fog about how you can move up in the company if you're not a broker. If there's a big project the hours can be very long.
