The Supervisory Clerk shall perform his/her functions under the general supervision of the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Supervisor. The Supervisory Clerk shall have a minimum of five (5) years of administration experience with Microsoft Office. The Supervisory Clerk shall have experience with Maximo or similar asset management work order system and shall coordinate with Supervisor(s) to create, assign or close out work orders through Maximo. The Supervisory Clerk shall be responsible for records and paperwork that include but are not limited to recruitment, hiring of new personnel or preparation of payroll and related records.
