Skills
- Strong system design and API design experience for user-facing platforms

Responsibilities
- Define technical roadmap and priorities for the booking platform to improve stability, performance, and user experience
- Design and build large-scale APIs and microservices that power real-time booking and appointment flows
- Evolve booking data representations and pipelines to optimize cost, latency, and reliability
- Oversee business logic and UI-related changes in the booking flow to improve conversion and patient experience
- Mentor and coach engineers to raise standards for testing, deployment, observability, and maintainability
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, automated workflows, and robust observability
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to decompose complex product challenges
- Explore and integrate generative AI and other emerging technologies to accelerate workflows and product innovation
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
