This role offers the opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across complex production environments. The MES Solution Architect will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand user requirements, define workflows, and deliver scalable technical solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will oversee site-wide system implementations, coordinate team activities, and provide technical guidance while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position combines strategic architecture planning with hands-on execution, offering exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technologies in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Accountabilities

As an MES Solution Architect, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of MES solutions, including system upgrades, workflow design, and CIO map development.
• Analyze and translate user requirements into technical specifications and process improvements.
• Design, code, and develop MES workflows and system configurations.
• Coordinate and distribute tasks within the project team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, project teams, and technical staff.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Support site-wide adoption and optimization of MES solutions through training and guidance.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, ideally in MES or manufacturing systems.
• Strong understanding of user requirements gathering and process analysis.
• Experience in MES system implementation, configuration, and workflow design.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and manage project teams across multiple phases of implementation.
