Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded flight and ground software for Starlink systems
- Implement and own software lifecycle: design, testing (unit to hardware-in-the-loop), release, and flight operations
- Build prototypes and analyze system metrics to validate designs and quantify constraints
- Develop fault-tolerant, resilient autonomous systems with rigorous test suites
- Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to define requirements and solve mission-critical problems
- Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvement in code quality and processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or STEM discipline OR equivalent professional experience (2+ years in software development)
- Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to new domains (aerospace experience not required)
