Full Stack / UI/UX Developer (Remote - US)

The Full Stack / UI/UX Developer will create engaging, intuitive, and functional digital experiences while contributing to backend and frontend development. Accountabilities

As a Full Stack / UI/UX Developer, you will:

• Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistent user interfaces.
• Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Develop full stack solutions using C# .NET, applying reusable design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, QA testers, and infrastructure architects to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to project planning by providing level-of-effort estimates and technical input.
• Stay current with front-end technologies, responsive design standards, and software development best practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• US citizenship with eligibility for Secret clearance (Public Trust or active Secret clearance preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and full stack development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Kendo UI, TypeScript, Angular), and ORM tools like ADO.NET or Entity Framework.
• Experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Familiarity with responsive design, web/mobile standards, and front-end technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.
