The Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships will lead the strategy and execution of revenue-generating partnerships with various stakeholders to support Highlights' $2.4M revenue goal for FY26.
Responsibilities: Identify and secure partnerships with corporations and government agencies, develop scalable offerings, and drive business development to achieve revenue targets.
Skills: Experience in partnership development and product strategy, understanding of recurring revenue streams, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 10+ years of experience in business development, proven success in executing go-to-market strategies, and strong understanding of funding mechanisms in healthcare.
Location: Position is based in the USA with some travel required (30%).
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $140,000 - $200,000.
