Responsibilities
- Manage 3-5 concurrent customer implementation projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Lead presales workshops to define project scope and statements of work with prospects
- Serve as main liaison between customers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain alignment
- Track project milestones and proactively mitigate risks
- Set and manage clear customer expectations regarding scope and timelines
- Build and maintain trust with customers through consistent communication
- Field high-level technical questions related to Generative AI and Private RAG
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to align technical requirements
- Translate technical details into actionable plans for customers
- Partner across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs between sales, implementation, and post-sales
- Provide feedback to improve product and customer experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred; specific degree not mandated but technical or business-related fields advantageous
