Customer Support Representative

A Customer Support Representative is responsible for addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. They are the first line of defense for a company, ensuring that customer needs are met and satisfaction is guaranteed.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handling incoming and outbound calls, averaging up to 30-60 per day.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of products and services.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.


Schedule: 

  • Monday through Friday 10:30am to 7:30pm 
  • A rotating Saturday shift 9am to 3pm. 

* We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who can maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate our business's changing needs. Further details will be provided during the interview. 


Pay: 

$17 to $19 Per Hour 

Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition.
  • Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time.
  • Able to work under stress in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Travel & Work Conditions:

  • Primarily sedentary.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds. 

Education and Experience:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or higher required.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience required.

Work Authorization:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.

Safety Sensitive Position:

  • No.
