Skills
- 5+ years software design experience
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong problem-solving to simplify complex design challenges
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with coding languages and frameworks
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product and design direction across the company
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and partners
- Design features and improvements ensuring high quality and rapid delivery
- Develop and evolve the internal design system
- Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for features
- Work closely with engineering to ensure high-quality product implementation
- Assist in hiring and foster a strong design culture
- Redefine software design and development processes
