Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal managers to ensure alignment on project goals
- Create marketing decks, album covers, social media assets, merchandise designs, and more
- Maintain consistent brand identity aligned with content guidelines
- Manage project priorities, deadlines and production-ready artwork
- Support design team through feedback and creative brainstorming
- Stay current on design, music, and cultural trends to keep work innovative
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
