Responsibilities
- Design and maintain cohesive, exceptional aesthetics across multiple product teams within the client experience vertical.
- Establish and uphold high standards for design excellence and challenge substandard work.
- Communicate design instructions and patterns clearly to designers at varying skill levels.
- Articulate design value and decisions effectively to Product, Engineering leaders, and stakeholders.
- Provide and receive design feedback professionally and constructively.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand user needs and co-design effective solutions.
- Drive adoption of user-centric design methodologies and software tools, training teams accordingly.
- Ensure consistent design best practices and pattern adoption across led products.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
