Responsibilities
- Process Full Season, Partial Plan, and Group Sales ticket orders ensuring correct pricing and package configuration.
- Process payments for ticket orders.
- Support Membership Services with season ticket holder account requests.
- Coordinate distribution of tickets via mail, text, will-call, and expedited shipping.
- Use Ticketmaster platform including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1, and TM Host.
- Provide customer support via shared email inbox.
- Support the department with assigned projects and administrative needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student.
