Reception is responsible for receiving, greeting and directing customers and other visitors.
Job Summary
The Receptionist I greets visitors to the organization’s facilities and ensures that they are directed to the correct location and received by appropriate Cardinal Health team members. The Receptionist I contributes to Cardinal Health’s customer service reputation through positive interactions with visitors, and also promotes safety and compliance by ensuring the proper registration and escorting of visitors. This job also answers incoming telephone calls and completes routine clerical and administrative duties.
