Regional Client Support Manager

Zephyr is a growing platform specializing in residential home services including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades. They are seeking a Regional Client Support Manager to lead regional Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) focused on improving customer satisfaction, meeting KPIs, and optimizing dispatch operations within the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach regional Customer Service Representatives with regular performance reviews.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and optimize dispatch boards for inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Audit CSR calls and collaborate with marketing and call center teams to improve call quality.
  • Ensure call classification complies with procedures and manage reclassification and follow-up.
  • Manage Hatch campaigns including setup and tracking of maintenance plans.
  • Support strategic planning to improve call center efficiency and service delivery.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
