The Role and What You’ll Do: This is a highly specialized Inside Sales position focused exclusively on Combat Sports. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador for UFC, WWE, TKO Boxing, and Power Slap - helping fans, companies, and collectors secure unforgettable experiences across a global fight calendar.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Sell premium hospitality packages and VIP experiences for all Combat Sports events globally
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Build long-term relationships with fight fans, collectors, and corporate clients
  • Be an expert on every product offering within the UFC, WWE, Boxing, and Power Slap inventory
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and event teams to provide real-time customer feedback and drive engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor, customizing experiences that align with each client’s needs
  • Maintain clean and timely records in Salesforce and meet sales activity targets
  • Support on-site sales and client services at select tentpole events

You Have These

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications or Sport Management Preferred
  • Passion for combat sports (UFC, WWE, boxing, etc.) and the live event industry
  • 1+ year of outbound sales or ticketing experience preferred

We’d Love If You Also Have These: 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be organized, creative, and enthusiastic 
  • Detail Oriented 
  • Proficiency in basic software programs (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook) 

Travel:

  • Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays.  This position may require up to 20% travel.
