It’s exciting to be part of such a mission-driven organization. Lots of organizations say it, but Evidence Action is actually having a transformational impact in the world - we've reached 500M people! The organization and leadership really live the values. They’re willing to exit programs which don’t work, massively scale programs which can save and improve lives, and take risks on bold new programs - like scaling safe water across all of India! Staff are lovely and dedicated, and it’s a low-politics environment.Cons
