We have raised $24M from top investors like Y Combinator, A-Star, Elad Gil, Drew Houston (CEO, Dropbox), Arash Ferdowsi (CTO, Dropbox), Balajis, Kyle Vogt (CEO, Cruise Automation) and SV Angel.

Some of the fastest growing startups today already run on Warp. We are growing quickly, and are on track to be processing $1BN in payroll transactions annually by end of 2025. In this next phase, we have some amazing infra, engineering, product, and GTM opportunities ahead of us this year, and we are looking for exceptional members to join us for this adventure.

About the Role

Warp is building the AI-native alternative to legacy payroll & HR platforms. As one customer puts it: “Warp is like if Gusto meets Linear.” We just raised an $18M Series A and have 500+ high growth startups and SMBs using Warp. The next chapter is scaling revenue from a few million to 10M+, and we’re looking for a Founding GTM Lead to own that journey end-to-end.

You will work directly with the CEO and have a direct impact on Warp’s Growth. You will dive deep into Warp’s core founder ICP, watch past recordings, and familiarize yourself with the product. You will launch inbound and outbound experiments that lead to more founders using Warp for payroll and compliance. Over time, you will be responsible for creating a repeatable GTM playbook and a scalable foundation for both sales and marketing teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own pipeline creation from top of funnel to closed deals

  • Blend paid channels, outbound campaigns, content, events, and partnerships to keep sales calendars full.

  • Run rapid experiments, validate ROI, then scale what works.

  • Partner with Sales and work daily with our Account Executives on pipeline feedback, sequencing, enablement, and deal strategy.

  • Define attribution and measurement models, and report on a weekly cadence on what’s working and what’s not.

  • Guide team as a growth leader to source and win more deals.

What You Need

  • 2-5 years in demand generation, growth, or full-funnel GTM at a Seed to Series C startup.

  • Proven zero-to-one wins in expanding channel pipeline.

  • Ability to clearly convey the Warp story and independently write landing page copy, marketing copy, cold emails, and more

  • Organized self-starter who builds systems and iterates fast.

  • Fluency with Salesforce and reporting tools

  • Able to work with Sales, Product, and Engineering on projects in an unstructured setting

Nice to Haves

  • Background in fintech, payroll, or HR SaaS

  • Experience managing SDRs and owning the Demand Generation funnel

  • Familiarity with AI tools

Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000 Equity: 0.3% - 0.6%
