Responsibilities
- Develop and own growth strategies across SEO, paid digital advertising, and lifecycle marketing.
- Manage digital marketing and creative agencies to optimize campaigns and budgets.
- Establish KPIs, forecast growth, and translate company goals into actionable OKRs.
- Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities and monitor key metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and data teams.
- Lead paid media strategy, execution, and optimization to ensure efficient CAC and ROAS.
- Guide long-term SEO strategies and ensure technical SEO best practices.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing including onboarding, engagement campaigns, and win-back strategies.
- Manage budgets and strategic partnerships to fuel market expansion.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the growth team.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Education
