Responsibilities
- Develop and own company-wide growth strategy across SEO, paid digital advertising, and lifecycle marketing
- Manage digital marketing and creative agencies
- Set KPIs and forecast growth for user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Translate company goals into team OKRs and campaign plans with clear timelines
- Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Define and analyze key growth metrics such as orders, GMV, users, and app downloads
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies
- Develop campaigns for customer acquisition and retention using multiple channels
- Manage growth budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach
- Foster innovation and experimentation within the growth team
- Leverage data analytics for growth optimization and report to senior leadership
- Monitor competitors and adapt growth plans accordingly
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment for cohesive growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Oversee paid media campaign strategy and optimization across major platforms
- Guide long-term organic growth strategy and SEO best practices
- Own full-funnel lifecycle communications and CRM segmentation
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of approximately 10 employees
- Manage departmental budgets and support ongoing professional growth
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
