We’re looking for someone with a contagious energy, a love for travel, and a passion for connecting with people. As part of our Demand Sales Team, you’ll be the voice of Wander – guiding potential guests through a personalized experience that inspires them to book their dream getaway.
This is a high-impact role on a fast-growing team. In just three months since the role launched, we’ve already driven over $1M in bookings – and we’re just getting started. With plans to scale the team to 30+ over the next year, you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment with plenty of room to grow, lead, and shape what’s next.
The team is outperforming across the board – averaging well over 100% to goal. And with uncapped commissions and tiered multipliers, top performers are earning big.

Consistently hit or exceed monthly targets for bookings and GMV
Drive bookings by proactively reaching out to potential guests across Wander’s luxury portfolio
Craft personalized outreach to engage high-value travelers and guide them through the booking process
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand guest needs and recommend the right Wander experience
Clearly communicate Wander’s unique value in the luxury travel space
Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects to maximize conversions
Partner with Marketing and Concierge to improve the guest experience
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date with all sales activity
Stay informed on property details, seasonal promos, and destination highlights to strengthen recommendations
Share insights and ideas to improve performance and strategy
1–3 years of client-facing sales experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, luxury retail, or other high-touch industries
Positive, energetic personality that inspires others and enhances the guest experience
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
Exceptional communicator – builds trust and rapport quickly over phone, email, and text
Self-starter with a bias for action – thrives independently and contributes to team success
Comfortable with technology and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
Passion for travel and familiarity with luxury hospitality experiences
Familiarity with top travel destinations and current trends is a bonus
Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where things move quickly and adaptability is key
$50K base salary + $25K+ uncapped commissions (tiered structure with increasing multipliers as you hit higher targets)
