Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients and their pets with warmth and urgency
- Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails; transfer medical calls to doctors quickly
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records and payment history
- Monitor wait times, identify workflow bottlenecks, and drive improvements
- Follow up with clients 24 hours after visits and invite feedback via surveys
- Address and resolve customer complaints empathetically and proactively
- Circulate the hospital to engage waiting clients and communicate needs to clinical staff
- Coordinate video chats and facilitate client participation when appropriate
- Celebrate and record positive moments and feedback to share with the team
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college or related coursework preferred but not required
