A naturally enthusiastic and motivating personality is essential, as this role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage both guests and team members effectively. Given the nature of the hospitality industry, the position requires flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts to meet the operational demands of the hotel. Position Overview
We are seeking a Baccarat Welcome Ambassador to serve as the gracious host and brand representative for our esteemed guests. The ideal candidate will consistently deliver personalized, anticipatory service while exuding poise, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and memorable first impression.

  • Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations and assistance.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure every detail of the guest experience is flawless.

  • Represent the Baccarat brand with elegance, confidence, and authenticity in every interaction.

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Personally welcome and engage with hotel VIPs, repeat guests, and regular patrons of the Grand Salon and Bar, including residents and distinguished non-hotel guests.
  • Maintain and actively manage a detailed database of frequent guests and residents to ensure personalized service and proactive engagement.
  • Drive incremental revenue through the strategic solicitation and coordination of private events such as luncheons, dinners, celebrations, and networking gatherings (e.g., in the Petit Salon).

Requirements

  • Professional Presence: Maintains a refined appearance and communicates with warmth, grace, and confidence.

  • Personality: Naturally enthusiastic, personable, and motivating, with exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, in accordance with the needs of the business.

  • Experience: Prior luxury hospitality experience strongly preferred; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Brand Excellence: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch luxury environment while upholding our commitment to excellence.
