Responsibilities
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Greet and check in customers on arrival, announce them to the clinical team, and manage waiting-area experience
- Monitor and identify bottlenecks to improve wait times and ER utilization
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer personal and financial records
- Collect and share customer feedback, celebrate positive comments, and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Follow up with customers 24 hours after visits and coordinate video chats or remote updates when needed
- Provide confidentiality and sensitivity around personal and financial information and help find appropriate financial solutions
- Capture and celebrate special moments with customers, with permission, and create personalized experiences
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college or customer service-related training preferred
