Sales Strategy & Operations | Enterprise Lead - job 1 of 2

Verkada is a fast-growing provider of cloud-managed physical security solutions used by thousands of organizations worldwide. The Enterprise Sales Strategy & Operations Lead will partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership in New York to define strategy, drive operational improvements, and deliver analytic insights that increase bookings and efficiency across a 100+ person organization.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Looker) a plus
  • Experience with sales operations, go-to-market strategy, or corporate strategy
  • P&L understanding and experience partnering with finance
  • Product/project management experience or ability to own software feature requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and first-principles problem solving
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategy and operations partner to Enterprise sales leadership to define and operationalize sales strategies.
  • Improve the sales motion to increase bookings and reduce cost-to-serve through process and tooling changes.
  • Manage P&L related planning with sales and finance for headcount, revenue, and cost decisions.
  • Own operational projects and work with engineers as a product manager to build tools that scale the Enterprise org.
  • Create and maintain reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to surface insights and inform decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, product, supply chain, and finance to align resources and priorities.
  • Prioritize and execute analytical special projects to identify drivers of success in Enterprise sales.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; top-tier school preferred
  • Master's degree or MBA is a plus but not required
