Responsibilities
- Independently define and structure complex strategic problems and develop actionable workplans
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to test hypotheses and identify root causes
- Prepare high-impact presentations and recommendations for the CEO and senior leadership
- Partner with business unit leaders and functional teams to validate operational assumptions and ensure implementable recommendations
- Identify and evaluate adjacent market opportunities, technologies, M&A targets, and strategic partnerships
- Maintain a strong understanding of Veeam’s technology landscape and industry adjacencies to inform strategy
- Ensure strategy recommendations are grounded in operational realities and trackable business impact
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
