Responsibilities
- Partner with spacecraft design, building, testing, and flight teams including satellites and reentry vehicles
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process including sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Manage the Varda CRM and ATS platforms to maintain updated and comprehensive candidate profiles
- Establish and maintain recruiting processes to ensure consistent high-quality hires
- Lead the intern program and university outreach initiatives
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to scale the workforce
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
