The Department Administrator directs and manages the administrative, human resources, and financial operations of the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Reporting to the Department Chair, this position provides strategic planning and day-to-day management of departmental operations, while fostering a collaborative, equitable, and inclusive environment. The Department Administrator leads a team of five administrative staff members and serves as a primary liaison with campus partners, ensuring the department has the infrastructure and support necessary to achieve its academic, research, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Salary range is $80,000 - $105,000. Commensurate with experience.
